Background

In addition to providing industry information via the AgriService, for those clients who require specially commissioned studies on particular projects, Phillips McDougall offer a confidential consultancy service. Based on over 40 years experience in R&D and business analysis in the crop protection industry, the partners of Phillips McDougall can provide a highly experienced view on the various factors that affect and influence the global crop protection industry. Both partners have worked on a wide variety of assignments for many agrochemical industry clients as well as investment banks. Phillips McDougall are happy to cooperate in joint studies with regulatory or management consultants should such need arise.

Our internal resources for data provision are backed up by our joint venture company Amis Global, our network of independent crop protection consultants as well as through our collaboration partners particularly with Kleffmann. Through these relationships, Phillips McDougall has access to the most comprehensive source of independent information on the crop protection and seed industries that is available.

Study Scope

These studies are generally carried out on a single-client basis but can also be undertaken on a multi-client basis if required. The scope of these studies has recently been expanded to include the conventional seed industry as well as the crop protection and biotechnology sectors.
